- Participate in the development and implementation of care plans, tailored to the individual needs and well-being of each child.
- Manage administrative duties, including staff scheduling, budget management, and compliance documentation.
- Experience as a Deputy Manager or in a similar leadership role within children's residential care.
- Ambition to progress to a Home Manager position, with a clear pathway and support structure provided to achieve this goal.
