As a manager, you will work as part of a Team ensuring the smooth running on a day to day basis whilst working across with the owners (senior management) to ensure that the auditing policies and procedure and best practice is implemented throughout their organisation.
Requirements:
NVQ 5 or equivalentMedication trained and competent in all medication related administrationPrevious management experience working with elderly residents with dementia and also have experience working with inidividuals who may exhibit behaviours that challenge.
Care plan rsk assessementsAuditsYou will need eperience dealing with healthcare professionals and external agenciesPlay a leading part to ensure the ongoing fincancial viability of the serivde.
