- Carrying out all aspects of Plastering i.e. Boarding, Skimming, Dot and Dab, Patch Plastering, Easi filling etc
- Carrying out repairs on tenanted, void properties and communal areas.
- Undertaking full ceiling and wall reboards and reskims in tenanted and void properties.
- To be able to "Artex" ceilings and walls. Including patch repairs.
- Re-tiling walls in both kitchen and bathrooms in accordance with policy set out by Housing Operations void standard.
- De-grouting tiles
- Render repairs and any masonry repairs across the city
- Minor brickwork and pointing including blocking up fireplaces and making good floors
