    We are looking for an experienced Data Protection Analyst to join our Information Security & Privacy team.

    Reporting directly to our Data Protection Officer/Information Security & Privacy Director, this role will work with all of Dotdigital's global departments and locations.

    You'll oversee all aspects of the group data protection compliance program and help guide the business on current and upcoming data protection matters.

    In this role, you will have the opportunity to build out the Data Protection/Privacy program by leading on initiatives to continually improve the tools, processes, and awareness within the business.

    Ownership of data protection impact assessments processes (DPIAs/PIAs).
    Ownership of data subject requests processes such as, DSAR & RTBF.
    Collaborate with legal and security functions on vendor due diligence and assessments.
    Work within all departments ensuring data is stored and handled correctly.

    Roll out training to all staff raising awareness of Data Protection and fostering a data privacy culture throughout the company.

    Respond to internal and external ad hoc privacy queries.
    Minimum 3 years' experience working in data protection compliance or a related field, with a with a focus and strong understanding of the requirements as a Data Processor
    Experience in reviewing Data Processing Agreements and Privacy Policies
    Sound knowledge of data management principles in design, development, and build

    Expertise in UK/European data protection laws and practices including an in-depth understanding of the GDPR, and any new privacy regulations around the world.

    Good knowledge of the challenges and solutions to international data transfers; specifically, in relation to US "big tech".
    A finger on the pulse of emerging global data protection legislation
    Strong project management and communication skills with internal stakeholders
    Experience of working in the Technology/SaaS sector would be highly desirable
