- Contract maintenance of billing systems at both terminals to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
- Maintain a list of contract renewal date and proactively follow up for timely implementation.
- Relate contract to billing systems upload and send to Commercial for checking. Once checked and agreed put live in system. Check invoice output once Accounts Receivable have run first set of invoices.
- Collaborate with Finance and Commercial to validate and implement contracts within the billing system.
- Check output of invoice charges for sensibility.
- Review charges and ensure all charges are being invoiced and process is in place for efficient billing.
- Assist in any rate adjustments required.
- Assistance in creating Budgets and Reforecasts.
- Work with Commercial on new possible tariff items and investigate methods of charging.
- Support the Management Accounts Teams with revenue analysis and reporting as and when required.
- Preferably educated to degree level or equivalent in a relevant subject field such as Business or Finance.
- Experience within a billing and invoicing environment will be preferable.
- Experience in shipping or logistics will be advantageous.
- Understanding of DP World UK Ports and Terminals Commercial Contracts.
- Knowledge of Financial Modelling will be desirable.

We are seeking an analytical minded, numbers driven individual to join our Finance department in this new position as UK Tariff Coordinator. You will play a vital role in bridging the gap between our finance and commercial departments. Our successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining Tariffs in our Billing systems and optimising tariff structures, ensuring compliance with our contracts at both DP World Southampton and DP World London Gateway. You will support the Management Accounts Teams with revenue analysis and reporting as and when required and ensure seamless communication between teams.
Our ideal candidate will preferably have a relevant finance qualification or be interested in pursuing one. Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the finance or commercial sector with strong proficiency in Invoices and data entry.
Location: Stanford le Hope, Hybrid
Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week (Mon-Fri)
