    Role Description

    This is a full-time Business Development Manager role at OptimOil Ltd. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive sales and expand the customer base. They will identify new business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, and negotiate contracts. This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work remotely, attending head office in Chester on a weekly basis as a minimum. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, have a good sense of humour and boundless amounts of energy to fit in with our current top flight team.

    Qualifications/Experience

    • Sales, Business Development, and Relationship Management skills
    • Experience in the Oils/Lubricant industry a bonus, but not essential
    • Strong negotiation and contract management skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work independently and in a team
    • Proven track record of meeting high growth sales targets
    • Hungry, Humble and Smart
    • Responsible for key KPI's, taking ownership of hitting targets
    • Accountable to other members of the team, management and shareholders
