Fawkes & Reece are currently working with a national and internationally recognised construction, refurbishment and maintenance specialist.

With almost 20 years of experience & talented experts within the industry, 90% their work comes from repeat business which shows their reliability and expertise.

My client are looking to hire a Project Manager who is happy to travel to multiple sites across Midlands, London and Milton Keynes.

You will be working on £50k - £5m projects with the responsibility to head up - 4 projects at a time, looking after your own commercial, financial, health + safety and delivery.

Experience with commercial fit out, industrial and toilet refurbishment is a must for this role.

The salary range for the position is £50,000 - £60,000 + a company car or allowance
