    Exclusive Yachting company – ideally you will be available soonest – have relative team assistant experience and some office/facilities management. You will be happy to be in the office 5 days a week.

    This is fantastic new opportunity FOR a brilliant Assistant with superb interpersonal skills and a SOLID CV. This is an exclusive company - rare roles come up here. They are supersmart, super-successful, crème de la crème of what they do.. yachting. They are looking for a brilliant Team Assistant to join them?

    Supporting their top brokers- you will need to wear lots of hats in this role. Some of your duties would include:-

    • Arranging travel arrangements and entertainment that might go with the trip.
    • Liaising with Captains regarding yacht visits etc
    • Preparing external client mailings
    • Assisting with facilities/office management
    • Updating website and social media and assisting with photos etc. for brochures
    • Sending out brochures to clients
    • Assisting with organising exclusive client events
    • Sending out client newsletters
    • Forming relationships with clients PA's

    What you need and or what would be useful:-

    • Knowledge of Photoshop
    • English mother tongue - Italian and French a bonus
    • Excellent IT skills
    • High attention to detail and exceptional interpersonal skills
