- Liaising with Captains regarding yacht visits etc
- Preparing external client mailings
- Assisting with facilities/office management
- Updating website and social media and assisting with photos etc. for brochures
- Sending out brochures to clients
- Assisting with organising exclusive client events
- Sending out client newsletters
- Forming relationships with clients PA's
- Knowledge of Photoshop
- English mother tongue - Italian and French a bonus
- Excellent IT skills
- High attention to detail and exceptional interpersonal skills
