    My client is looking for a Senior Surveyor/Associate Director to join their Property & Investment Management team based in the West End.

    The successful candidate will manage 7 assets with the potential for more, or less, in the future.

    You will be fully responsible for providing day-to-day management of all aspect of a portfolio of commercial property assets, with an emphasis on proactive management, building relationships with all stakeholders and delivering an above-market service and occupier experience.

    You will support junior colleagues in their management of properties and their ambitions to become qualified and experienced.

    Performance and cost savings are key areas of focus as well as embracing the fast-evolving workplace with a need to enliven and enhance the occupier experience.

    Foster and uphold ethical, professional, and polite interactions with clients, tenants, and contractors, both in development and ongoing maintenance.

    Supervise and enhance the skills of all property staff members.
    Provide training, guidance, and ongoing growth opportunities for junior staff members as necessary.
    Engage in contract negotiations and oversee all contractor services associated with the property's physical operations.

    Oversee all financial aspects of the property, including rent and service charge billing and collection, while maintaining full responsibility for the profit and loss statement (P&L).

    Devise, execute, and sustain a marketing and leasing strategy for existing and potential tenants, working alongside asset managers or owners to achieve performance goals.

    Demonstrate extensive expertise in building mechanical systems and equipment.
    Assume complete accountability for monitoring and upholding Health and Safety standards.
    Guarantee the implementation and continuous adherence to government, industry, and company regulations, policies, and best practices.
    Adhere to all company and regional policies.

    Possess a comprehensive comprehension of the Landlord and Tenant Act as well as lease limitations associated with it, along with a strong grasp of commercial leases and service charges.

    An interest in real estate and further your knowledge in the subject.

    Share thoughts, information, and viewpoints with others to shape policies and initiatives and/or collectively reach decisions, conclusions, or resolutions.

    Capability to assess and decipher data for deriving insights and resolving issues.
    Proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
    Clean driving license
