- Train, develop and monitor the quality assurance of all activity in the branch
- Ensure work is processed efficiently across all teams, sales, service, claims and renewals
- Take a lead role in the day to day administration for the branch, including making sure health and safety commitments are upheld and the premises are well maintained
- Act as the lynch pin for the team. Managing resource, recruiting and developing employees and allocating work
- Contribute to marketing activity.
