Description
Reporting to the Board, the Finance Director will manage the finance operations working alongside regional Operational teams.
The ideal candidate will have recent Finance Director or FD designate experience gained within an SME environment whilst supporting a number of key stakeholders and managing a small finance team. Accountability at a senior level whilst getting into the detail when necessary is essential. Sound technical accounting skills and strong familiarity with financial appraisal and business planning and modelling techniques are required. The candidate must be able to demonstrate the ability to lead, mentor and develop others whilst building effective relationships internally and externally.
Salary early to mid £100k plus car allowance and bonus.
