Role Overview: We're seeking experienced CNC CAM programmers proficient in Mastercam or Siemens NX. Your role involves crafting precision machining strategies across various industries, handling diverse material types, and mentoring colleagues in an inclusive setting.     Primary Responsibilities:

  • Develop CNC programmes using Mastercam or Siemens NX, leveraging AI tools when applicable.
  • Guide the manufacturing process from fixture/work holding design to final product completion.
  • Collaborate with production engineers to optimize machining processes and tool capabilities.
  • Ensure availability of necessary tooling and order consumables for uninterrupted production.
  • Interpret solid models and understand GD&T requirements from drawings.
  • Troubleshoot CAM and machining-related issues while adhering to safety protocols.
  • Contribute to our culture of continuous improvement and utilize tools for tracking and reporting.

  • Technical Skillset:

  • Proficiency in Siemens NX / Mastercam.
  • Experience programming intricate 5-axis components.
  • Strong collaboration with Setter/Operators and Production Engineers.
  • Proficient in setting up 5-axis machines and interpreting GD&T requirements.
