    is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team.

    The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, forging strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth for our e-learning platform.

    As a Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in expanding our market reach and impact in the social care eLearning industry.


    Key Responsibilities:

    Market Analysis:
    Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential competitors. Analyze data and market feedback to make informed decisions.


    Business Strategy:
    Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy to achieve company goals and revenue targets

    New Business Acquisition:
    Identify and target potential clients, and partners,. Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers.


    Sales and Revenue Growth:
    Lead the sales team in acquiring new customers and retaining and upselling to existing ones. Develop pricing strategies and negotiate contracts.


    Product Development:
    Provide valuable insights and feedback to the product development team to improve existing offerings and develop new products based on market demand

    Marketing Support:
    Collaborate with the marketing team to create campaigns and promotional materials to support business development efforts

    Performance Metrics:
    Set and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of business development initiatives. Provide regular reports and updates to the management team.


    Networking:
    Build relationships using Linkedin and Linkedin Groups. Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to represent CareTutor and expand our network within the e-learning community.


    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
    Proven track record of at least 5 years in business development, preferably in the e-learning or education sector.
    Strong understanding of the e-learning industry and emerging trends.
    Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
    Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset.
    Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    Proficient in using CRM and business development tools.
    Willingness to travel as needed.
