SF Functional Lead / SA- Salesforce Lead Developer Responsibilities

· Design and build of both custom/standard components on the Salesforce platform

· Lead a team of Salesforce Developers ensuring best practices are adhered to, providing

Mentorship and code review feedback as required

· Daily management of a development team

· Building (hands-on coding) of more complex areas of the requirements

· Work with Solution/Technical Architects to author Technical Design Documents, ensuring adherence to design patterns

· Scoping, sizing and estimating of work once the technical designs are agreed

· Define /Refine the development workflow for the development team

· Act as the single point of contact for development team, triaging and prioritizing issues as required

· Review Solution Design Documents and provide feedback as required, with a strong focus on reducing technical complexity

Required Skills & Experience

· 7+years in Salesforce development

· 2+years acting as a Salesforce Tech lead

· Strong experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud

· Strong understanding of Salesforce Eco-System Expertise providing and implementing technical solutions

· Excellent technical documentation skills

· Excellent communication skills

· Experience in working in both agile and waterfall methodologies desired skills

· Experience of Test –Driven development

· Experience of development outside the Salesforce platform, i.e. React/Angular/Java projects

· Experience of working with unlocked packages

· Financial Services industry experience, preferably within mortgages

· Experience implementing Experience Cloud solutions at enterprise organisations
