Registered Nursing Home Manager Overview:
Cureyoursearch are representing a fabulous organisation with an opportunity to lead a large nursing home in Lancashire for a provider dedicated to providing a quality care service to residents.
The Registered Nursing Home Manager will provide operational and clinical expertise for the day-to-day business of running the home, leading and managing a team of support staff, providing supervision and regular appraisals.
The Registered Nursing Home Manager Candidate:
Experienced Registered Manager within a nursing home setting
Excellent knowledge of CQC and legislative requirements
You must be able to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
You must have a passion for elderly care
The Registered Nursing Home Manager Package:
Package up to £70,000
Extensive training and progression opportunities
The Registered Nursing Home Manager Interview Process:
The interview process for this role will be two stage.
Stage one – Teams interview with the senior management team.
Stage two – Face to Face interview and meeting with members of the senior management team.
