    Contentious Insurance Lawyer – London – from £95,000+ - Excellent Benefits Package – Generous Bonus Scheme – REF 602586AK

    The Role

    A superb opportunity to join a leading international firm based in the city of London.

    The work will include a mix of general insurance coverage, defence, commercial disputes (acting for both policyholders and insurers) and commercial litigation for financial services firms.

    Examples include:

    • Coverage advice and analysis on policy wordings including D&O, Construction programmes, Crime, Property, Business Interruption and Professional Indemnity
    • Mediations and arbitrations acting for insurers and financial institutions
    • Representing and defending claims against Directors and Officers
    • Act for commercial policyholders on a range of contentious insurance matters

    The Candidate

    • Solicitor with 2+ Years' PQE
    • Technically excellent with top client care skills
    • Ability to work well as part of a team and on your own initiative
    • Strong legal and leadership skills with an eye for detail
    • Excellent organisation and time-management skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Professional and effective communication with team members and contacts
    • Professional and effective communication with individual and business contacts
    • Transferable experience from a leading City or International firm
