Our client is a leading and well-respected agricultural machinery business, holding over 50% of the UK market share for their specialist product suite.
Due to continued growth within the sales team, they seek to employ a talented Commercial Manager to join and lead their team, primarily focused on the UK & Ireland markets.
You will start with 4 direct reports (growing as technical and industry knowledge increases) whilst also managing key accounts and overseeing sales growth.
Reporting to the Managing Director in the UK, you will oversee the company's sales operation, ensuring the achievement of commercial targets in sales, market penetration, and commercial margin.
In order to succeed, you will ideally have an agricultural machinery background in either sales or engineering and have had experience in a senior sales leadership position.
This role will be primarily office based, which will gradually develop into 50/50 split between travel/field and office. This role would suit anyone based in Nottingham, Newark, Lincoln, Sutton-in-Ashfield, Grantham, Sleaford or Mansfield.
