- Undertake direct marketing to employers using digital formats
- Develop specialist knowledge areas such as disabilities, housing, and benefits
- Maintain compliance with company policies and standards
- Work from local hubs and community outreach locations
- High level of digital literacy skills
- Experience working with people with complex needs
- Understanding of compliance and paperwork requirements
- GCSE or equivalent in English and Maths
