• Be the coach and mentor to guide, motivate, challenge, and encourage customers in obtaining sustainable employment
• Achieve delivery targets and Key Performance Indicators
• Manage a caseload of customers using coaching strategies to overcome barriers
• Co produce personalised SMART action plans with tailored interventions
• Utilize local specialist services for support in specific areas
• Undertake direct marketing to employers using digital formats
• Develop specialist knowledge areas such as disabilities, housing, and benefits
• Maintain compliance with company policies and standards
• Work from local hubs and community outreach locations Qualifications:
  
• High level of digital literacy skills
• Experience working with people with complex needs
• Understanding of compliance and paperwork requirements
• GCSE or equivalent in English and Maths
• Commitment to personal and professional development
