    Reporting to the VP of HR, the Senior HR Manager is responsible and accountable for delivering all aspects of HR Policies for the UK, Italy and Singapore functions. The Senior HR Manager is responsible the development of an effective Employee Relations programme, the delivery of employee development, the effective management of employee benefits and ensuring the welfare and safety of employees.

    Duties & Responsibilities

  • Organisational Change initiatives for the International Businesses
  • Policy is implemented effectively and consistently
  • HR Support to all Management
  • HES initiatives on Succession Planning, Management Training, Compliance and Recruitment
  • Effectiveness and compliance for UK, Italy and Singapore Payrolls
  • Tax account for the UK payroll, inclusive of all related filings
  • Improvements in Employee Engagement and Communication
  • Supporting and the on-going development of an effective HR team
  • Restructuring actions and lead all Major Investigations
  • Policies and procedures that comply with National Law
  • Delivery of Welfare services to all Employees
  • Adherence to functional processes and procedures and at all times ensure own compliance to their Code of Conduct, Ethics and Business Conduct Policy, and health & safety practices
  • Develop strong relationships with Employee RepresentativesSkills and Experience:
  • Minimum 5 years' hands on experience with a proven track record as a HR Generalist in a Manufacturing environment
  • Qualified or relevant professional certification within HR
  • A proven track record and experience of on timely meeting targets & tight deadlines
  • Working successfully with international businesses and understanding the intricacies and nuances of various cultures and countries
  • Understanding & knowledge of legal aspects of Employment Law
  • Comfortable and confident with structured contract formation and terms and conditions
  • Verbal & written communication and presentation skills at all levels
  • Strong numerical reasoning and analytical skills
  • Confident understanding of Business operations & processes within a manufacturing environment
  • Knowledge of using Microsoft suite and ERP system – SAP preferredBenefits:
