At King's, we are deeply committed to embedding good equality and diversity practices into all our activities so that the university is an inclusive, welcoming, and inspiring place to work and study, regardless of age, disability, gender reassignment, marital status, pregnancy and maternity, race, religion, sex, or sexual orientation. King's offers inclusive benefits to staff, including flexible working, Enhanced Parental Leave, funds for Parents and Carers, and the potential to join community staff networks.

We are pleased to offer this excellent opportunity to join our ambitious and encouraging team in the School of Global Affairs, as a School Research Officer, providing 'cradle to grave' support to achieve our School's research aims

The post holder will provide high-quality and comprehensive administrative, budgetary, and research project support to the School of Global Affairs. The School Research Officer will work closely with academics and researchers to support the grant lifecycle – from bid development to the day-to-day administration of awards. As a busy and successful research team, the role would be suited to someone who can manage multiple competing priorities, has good attention to detail, and can build and maintain effective working relationships with key stakeholders, including colleagues in Finance, Human Resources, and the Research Management & Innovation Directorate (RMID).

The post holder will be able to work as part of King's hybrid working model, with a minimum of 2 days per week in the office including an all-team day (Strand Campus).

This post will be offered on an indefinite contract.
