Post Ref:15396. Fixed Term, Maternity Cover until September 2023. £19,099.98 to £19,402.73 per annum, based on 33 hours per week.**

The Student Services department that supports the curriculum is seeking to appoint a temporary Front of House Administrator to cover maternity leave.
This post will be located within the Front of House Team and cover the administration tasks at both the Washington Campus and Hartlepool Campus.
We are looking to appoint a highly motivated, flexible and customer focussed individual to provide administrative support for staff and other stakeholders within the college, also providing a positive and responsive service in person and over the phoneApplicants should have effective communication skills, good IT skills and experience of working within a customer service environment. You should be accurate and efficient, well organised and have a flexible and positive attitude.
You must be able to use your own initiative as well as being able to work as part of a team and have the ability to work under pressure and prioritise tasks.
Due to the nature of this post you will be required to undertake an Enhanced Disclosure Check.
**It is anticipated that interviews will take place w/c 2nd of January 2023.
