You will have exemplary stakeholder skills and be confident leading on the technical development on a variety of cloud-based software projects, across the full lifecycle providing technical expertise, team guidance and mentorship and effective budgetary control.
We want our Development Team Leads to be 'hands-on' when necessary and be able to provide overall leadership when required, with the ability to lead on timelines, objectives, budgets, and outcomes, whilst providing people development, and motivation.
