The Treasury & Trade Solutions (TTS) Core Accounts Regional Product Management Senior Lead Analyst is a senior level position responsible for the development of product plans, strategies, and de-risking tactics for Citi's Core Demand Deposit Account (DDA) platforms, with a regional focus on EMEA.


The Core Accounts Regional Product Planning Management SVP will drive Markets Business readiness for EMEA and delivery planning for a multi-year initiative.

A key aspect of this will be to manage all aspects of Business Change Management and Execution for each Market as well Product Management for EMEA.


The overall objective of this role is to coordinate the development and enhancement of Core DDA product functions on Citi's existing infrastructure and new, with a client-centric, product-focused lens, promoting safety and soundness de-risking principles and the enablement of new partner capabilities to support competitive market position.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide guidance to ensure the business execution management approach will support the successful, holistic, delivery of the Core Accounts transformation Program and longterm sustainable outcomes.
  • Identify and manage business related risks and issues related to the program plan associated with the Business readiness plans
  • Coordinates with stakeholders to include change management practices into project plans
  • Build strong partnerships across various key stakeholders, including Technology teams, TTS O&T teams, and Enterprise O&T teams as needed
  • Instill an agile culture and mindset across the Product and Technology teams
  • Applies a structured methodology and leads change management activities as well as a process and tools to create a strategy to support adoption of the business changes required for each Market Rollout
  • Assess the current state of change activity across all transformation programs; identify strengths and opportunities for improvement and deliver a set of best practice recommendations
  • Support and drive EMEA Region Product Management activities
  • Assist in development and analysis of Core DDA strategic product roadmaps, with a focus on targeted product enhancements enabling new market rollouts, simplification of the existing Flexcube infrastructure and promotion of an enhanced platform control environment.
  • Sponsor and participate in daytoday product management activities for Core Accounts, including product delivery and release management calls, assessing, and addressing client and internal system dependencies, and facilitating the remediation of risks to achieve business results.
  • Serve as regional single point of contact for all Core Accounts product stakeholders in EMEA.
  • Drive a culture of inclusion, diversity, and engineering excellence across the group: a collaborative environment where everyone can bring their authentic self to work, modern engineering practices, adoption of open source and open standards, automation and tooling, collaboration, and efficiency
  • Support the prioritization of intrayear project demand within the Core Accounts Book of Work, leveraging a structured methodology based upon measurable benefits and tradeoffs.
  • Provide informal guidance or onthejob training to new team members.
  • Serve as liaison to challenge functions in Risk, Compliance, and Internal Audit.

Skills/Qualifications

  • Broad experience in either a transformation or business platform ownership role within a Banking organization.
  • Strong and demonstrated execution skills with a proven track record of operating in an agile environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously and plan / prioritize appropriately.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements.
  • Ability to provide oversight of milestones and input to ensure consistent and timely delivery.
  • Ability to lead and drive change through creative thinking and pragmatism.
  • Welldeveloped listening skills and a strong ability to engage at the senior management level.
  • Articulate and effective communicator, both orally and in writing.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with evidence of working in collaboration across large organizations, including a proactive and 'no surprises' approach in communicating issues/requests.
  • Strong Influencing skills with the ability to mediate discussions and draw consensus.
  • Outstanding analytical, strategic, and problemsolving skills.
  • Background in product management strongly preferred.
  • Specific knowledge of demand deposits and transaction services a plus.

Education:


  • Bachelor's/University degree, Master's degree preferred
