Elevation Recruitment Group are delighted to be supporting one our Sheffield based manufacturing clients to recruit a HR Manager for their site.

Reporting into the MD and supporting the site Managers and team leaders, the role will be supported by a HR Assistant and together will have full responsibility for all HR for a headcount of .

Business partner approach to management teams providing coaching to leaders and employees

• Responsible for initiating and leading on leadership development, talent management, performance management, organisational design and change management projects when required
• Developing learning and development initiatives and facilitating competency training
• Lead on talent, recruitment and workforce planning
• Managing the HR Assistant and all HR administration and compliance
• Reporting on HR MI.
• Work with business leaders to ensure goal setting, performance evaluation, and performance coaching
• Lead on HR strategic projects as required and successfully implement via business leaders

5 years + HR Business Partner / HR Manager experience, ideally gained with a unionised manufacturing or similar environment

• Confident to lead the HR function
• Excellent knowledge of relevant HR policies, procedures and employment law
• Experience of using/implementing HR Information Systems
• This role will suit an already experienced HR Manager or HRBP or a Senior HR Advisor with some experience looking to take a step up into an autonomous role.
