- Currency Trading Leadership: Serve as the trading lead for execution of both G10 and Emerging Market currencies, with a special focus on African and Asian markets.
- Trading Execution Support: Provide robust trading support for specific currencies including NGN (Nigerian Naira), GHS (Ghanaian Cedi), KES (Kenyan Shilling), and XOF (West African CFA franc) in both Spot and Forward transactions.
- Sales and Development Support: Make outbound sales calls to potential clients and partners, effectively communicating our trading services and capabilities to foster business growth.
- Broker and Partner Onboarding: Take charge of onboarding inter-broker dealers, managing relationships, and negotiating terms and fees to enhance our trading network and capabilities.
- Proven experience in FX trading, particularly with emerging market currencies.
- Strong understanding of economic factors affecting emerging market currencies.
- Demonstrated ability to make informed trading decisions under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills, with a proven track record of successfully onboarding and managing broker relationships.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of effectively promoting our trading solutions to new and existing clients.
- Proficiency in additional languages relevant to key emerging markets
