LHH is delighted to be supporting our client, a Scottish non-profit organisation, to appoint an HR Adviser.


The HR Adviser will work closely with the wider organisation to provide professional advice and support in relation to a range of people related queries and projects.


We are seeking an HR professional who will bring a proactive approach, dealing with front-line enquiries and managing relationships across the organisation and beyond.


You'll bring strong generalist experience from within an HR function and will bring ideas and innovation to the organisation, demonstrating that you can turn ideas into practice and in-turn improve business outcomes.

You will have good interpersonal, organisational and prioritisation skills, approaching your work with a customer-focussed attitude.
