Description

Our clients, a nationally recognised estate agency, are looking for an ambitious Mortgage & Protection Advisor to join their busy team in Stoke Newington.

This is an extremely busy office; therefore, you will not be short of leads.

The Mortgage & Protection Adviser's duties will include, but will not be limited to:

Liaising with Sales Negotiators to ensure effective referrals.
Giving facetoface advice to potential buyers in the branch
Chasing potential leads and generating new business
Providing a high level of service in line with compliance

To be considered for the role of Mortgage & Protection Adviser, you must have the following attributes:

Friendly and proactive manner
Mortgage experience is preferable but will look at attitude and a good sales background.
Full CeMAP Qualification
CAS status preferred.
Full UK Driving license

In return, our clients are offering the following to the successful Mortgage & Protection Adviser:

£22,000
£26,000 Basic Salary

- £60,000 - £80,000 OTE

Guarantee for 36 months.
Car Allowance.
