- Day to day running of Paid Social accounts, primarily across Meta but active growth in Tik-Tok and other smaller social channels.
- Creating new focused campaigns across social to drive new & repeat traffic to the website to hit business performance targets.
- Help shape organic social strategy to align to performance-based goals.
- A/B testing of campaigns to drive efficient growth in both traffic and ROAS.
- Grow brands visibility internationally via expanding campaign structure in Europe and beyond in line with business growth targets.
- Work closely with the tech and e-Commerce teams to drive feed optimisation throughout our product catalogues to increase visibility paid social campaigns.
- Optimise our daily search spend against a performance-based budget to ensure profitability targets are achieved.
- Weekly and Monthly reporting on performance to key stakeholders across the business.
- Working with in-house creative and content teams to create leading ad copy across search.
- Keep up to date with ongoing changes and industry changes.
- A minimum 2 years' experience in managing Social campaigns in-house or agency based.
- Deep understanding of Meta platforms & Tik-Tok.
- In-house experience of D2C e-Commerce desired but not required.
- Proactive, resilient and an excellent communicator.
- Strong decision making and time management skills to prioritise personal workload and that of the team.
