  • RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Efficiently log incoming issues (i.e. complaints and incidents) on webbased systems.
  • Ensure that all supplier/client responses are correctly recorded.
  • Manage prioritisation and action of own issue case load.
  • Liaise with clients and their suppliers to conclude issues.
  • Complete and maintain all relevant training as required.
  • Process and manage case load with prioritising and problem solving as necessary.
  • Assist when necessary in ensuring that customer product specifications are available, maintained and approved by working with suppliers, consultants and subcontractors
  • Ensure suppliers, and clients are informed of the outcome of investigations as appropriate.
  • Draft professional letters and communications as needed.
  • Compile and coordinate weekly, monthly and ad hoc reports and summaries with reference to complaints, incidents or any other reportable items.
  • Monitor for trend issues and ensure notification and timely responses to the business.
  • Support in creating sampling kits and management of sampling clients.
  • Ensure escalations are communicated to respective parties in a timely manner.
  • When necessary to meet client requests evening and weekend work may be required.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) to effectively deal with multiple stakeholders
  • Knowledge, interest or experience in Food Safety or Health and Safety.
  • High level of Excel and Microsoft office proficiency
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • Experience of data entry and/or data management using a database
  • Excellent multitasking skills and highly organized with the ability to follow through on all assignments consistently meeting deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated passion for customer service.
