A Property company based in Central London looking for a System Accountant?to join their diverse and fast-paced Fund Finance team on a permanent basis.

The role's main purpose will be to assist with the development on the Investment Management and Accounting, Budgeting and Forecasting system in order to facilitate highly efficient financial reporting and analysis processes for the company funds.

Duties would include:

Setup of new properties / mandates (IM and ABF) to support new business initiatives
Creation and amendment of Account Trees
Report scoping to assist development
Preparation of Budgets in ABF
Key contact to update and develop ABF reports and tools
Monitoring of system utilisation and driving of consistent practices across the business to create synergies and efficiencies.
System maintenance such as locking of prior months and creation of new forecast books along with updating of function groups
Assist monitoring to ensure system permissions are in line with delegated authorities and approval limits
Document internal procedures and controls to create and update User Manuals
