Role Summary:
Raising invoices and utilising Prophet to maintain accurate records and support the accounts receivable function


Main Responsibilities:

  • Ensure invoices are processed efficiently and in compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain organised records of invoicing activity, payments, and customer information.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to resolve invoicing discrepancies and address customer inquiries.
  • Assist with reconciling accounts receivable transactions and preparing reports as needed.
  • Utilise the ERP system, Prophet, to update customer accounts and track payment statuses.
  • Support monthend and yearend accounting processes related to accounts receivable.
  • Stay informed about changes in accounting standards and regulations related to invoicing and accounts receivable.
  • Provide administrative support to the finance team as needed

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Prior experience in an accounts receivable or financerelated role preferred.
  • Proficiency in using ERP systems, specifically Prophet, is highly desirable.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.
  • Familiarity with basic accounting principles and practices.

Measure of Performance/Key Deliverables:

  • Proficient use of Prophet, for accurate accounts receivable data management.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry for errorfree records.
  • Effective organisational and time management skills for prioritising tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for seamless collaboration with teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively to achieve accounts receivable objectives.
