    ESTIMATOR Needed for Permanent Role in Civil Engineering at GRAHAM
    NI Water Projects

    As GRAHAM's Civils Estimator for NI Water projects, you'll play a pivotal role in our Civil Engineering Division's growth.

    Reporting to the Estimating Manager (Civil Engineering), you'll be responsible for preparing estimates, requiring technical competence in civil engineering methods.

    Ensure tender documents are thoroughly reviewed for completeness.
    # Coordinate with the Project Manager and Designer on pricing issues.
    # Evaluate project risks and opportunities, presenting tenders for adjudication.
    # Utilise Estimating software effectively (training provided).

    Understanding of the civil engineering market
    Experience in presenting tenders for adjudication and assessing project risks
    Knowledge of supply chain dynamics and construction programmes
    Experience of working within the Water industry sector
    Construction related third level qualification
    Experience of using Estimating software
