Digital Merchandising & Website Content Coordinator
This role will report to the Head of Growth and Brand with lots of scope for progression & growth.


Exciting opening for a highly organised digital merchandising and website content coordinator to join a growing Marketing Team to execute the content and online merchandising across multiple product categories.


What you'd be doing

  • Responsible for ensuring all new products within your categories are uploaded to the website in line with launch dates with accurate, descriptive and engaging product copy
  • Responsible for ensuring all promotions within your categories are applied on time, checked thoroughly and functioning on the correct products.
  • Responsible for ensuring all content is balanced to meet both commercial and brand requirements, delivering the best experience for the customer.
  • Plan, manage and implement marketing content across the website, including landing pages, banners etc ensuring they are aligned with brand guidelines, overall marketing calendar and business goals.
  • Regularly write and or source blog posts from suppliers that are engaging and are on brand.
  • Ensure that all website content is written with a view to firstclass SEO standards.
  • Review the website for issues and improvements, and work with IT team to ensure development tickets are raised and prioritised as appropriate.
  • Regularly review the website to ensure there is no outofdate content, including broken links, old messages or superfluous pages.

Your Experience & Background

  • Educated to degree level or equivalent, ideally in Marketing, Digital Communications, Digital Marketing
  • Experience with SAP and Google Analytics is desirable
  • Preferable to have come from a varied and handson digital trade background, ideally within retail
  • Demonstrate confidence using content management systems, product management systems and visual merchandising tools. Basic HTML skills useful but not essential
  • Competent with Excel and comfortable dealing with large data sets
  • Able to use information from multiple sources to make decisions
  • Highly organised and processdriven
  • Understanding commercial and customer outcomes from decisionmaking
  • Adaptable and resilience in a changing environment
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple projects
  • Drive, enthusiasm and passion

Location - Hybrid working with 1-2 days a week in Surrey
