Novax Recruitment is actively seeking a HR Advisor. This is a contract role working full time hours.
Candidates will be required to cover both offices in Maidstone and Swale, with the majority of the role being home working.
Assist managers and senior staff on professional guidance within employee relations, sickness, absence and recruitmentAct as a point of contact for managers regarding policy, procedures and employment law if required
Manage the recruitment process, ensure it is carried out effectively, assist with DBS, sponsorship and right to work checks
