Our client is a leading creative brand agency based in London. They have a fantastic opportunity for a
Studio Traffic Manager to join to creative studio.

We are looking for someone with a f
ew years agency experience ideally who has used a traffic/resourcing digital platforms before like googlesheets.

70% of the day-to-day dutiesare spent on traffic, resource management and planning.


The Role

Responsible for the creative workflow of the studio, ensuring that work is delivered on time, to expected standards and to budget.

This role is a key contributor to the Senior team and helps ensure the agency is producing the best work in the most efficientand effective way possible.


Duties include:


  • Creative Services Management_
  • Monitor creative workflow systems and processes and maintain efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Work with the CD and Senior team to develop and implement operational and business strategy and ensure systems and processes are in line with business goals.
  • Work with the Senior team to manage change, growth and the health of the business.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with the wider team (especially the Senior team) to enable the implementation and management of systems and processes.
  • Resourcing and scheduling management_
  • Regularly check in with Creative team members to ensure they have received all elements of the brief and flag any issues to the Client Services team if needed.
  • Ensure that each member of the Client Services team and Creative team are aware of what they're scheduled on and how long they have to complete the work.
  • Monitor time taken on work and flag any issues to the Client Services and wider Senior team if needed.
  • Check progress on tasks and manage the flow of new work when people complete current projects.
  • Determine the right amount, skillset and level of resource for each project and ensure this is available as required (the Head of Creative Services is the key decision maker, working closely with the Client Services).
  • Schedule all projects (working with Client Services team) and produce updates for the wider team
  • Manage daily resource levels ensuring all stakeholders are up to date with changes and workflow is as steady as possible.
  • Monitor work levels and flag any potential requirement for permanent role recruitment
  • Source freelance support where needed in order to deliver projects on brief, on time and to budget.
  • Organise and run regular scheduling meetings and ad hoc discussions where needed to ensure all resource requirements are clear and accounted for.
  • Develop a strong and collaborative relationship with the members of the Creative and Client Services teams ensure a seamless delivery of work to clients and all situations are handled sensitively.
  • Build and manage relationships with external suppliers e.g. Recruiters to enable the needs of the business are represented in a positive way.
  • Work closely with the HPO and HOF to manage the Creative Services requirements as needed e.g. systems and processes.
  • Industry knowledge of applicable and suitable processes, systems, software and frameworks to assist Client Service and Creative teams
