What you will do

The main function of a
EAME Senior Account Administrator is to interact with Caterpillar dealers to provide product support for Extended Protection (aftermarket) products and services such as quote and enrolment assistance and to handle training and complaints.

Typically, you are responsible for determining the dealer's issue, offer possible solutions and provide follow-up as needed.

What you will be accountable for driving:

Resolve dealers' service or billing complaints by performing activities such as exchanging merchandise, refunding money, and adjusting bills.
Contact dealers to respond to inquiries or to notify them of investigation results and any planned adjustments.
Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation.
Keep records of interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.
Obtain and examine all relevant information to assess validity of complaints and to determine possible causes.
Experience in one of the following: customer service, sales, finance, or product support
Ability to accurately document and record customer/client information.
Ability to work independently and manage one's time.
Ability to track, organise, and manage large amounts of incoming work with accuracy
Fluent in English both written and verbal
Attention to detail and natural interpersonal skills.
Experience of exposure with dealers.
Degree in finance or insurance are a plus.
Part qualified in ACCA, CIMA & ACA a plus.

Job Title:
EAME Senior Account Administrator

Salary:
£29,800 - £36,000 depending on experience.

Contract:24 days annual leave increasing with service to 30 days, 9% Bonus paid quarterly, Flexible Buy In Benefits such as Private Medical, Health Care, Dental & Vision scheme and more, Share Scheme, Non-contributory Pension Scheme 8%, Private Medical Insurance, Dental and Vision Scheme, Life Insurance, On Site Parking
