    Our client, a leading global IT service provider,is recruiting for a Consulting Account Partner - BFSI to join their business in the UK.

    Basic Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree from a leading school
    • Financial Services industry expert with specialization in one or more areas of Lending, Wealth Management, Asset Management, and Insurance
    • Demonstrated experience in leading consulting engagements blending strategy, operating models, and technology, to delivering new age propositions across the business value chain.
    • Well-developed core consulting skills of research, analysis, presentation, and attention to detail
    • Aptitude to grasp new concepts and effectively produce results.
    • Exceptional problem-solving skills – an analytical, innovative, and creative mindset
    • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to be self-directed and be an independent contributor to the team.
    • English language fluent

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • MBA from a leading business school
    • 12-15+ years of consulting experience
    • Financial Services industry expert with specialization in one or more areas of Lending, Payments, Wealth Management, Asset Management, and Insurance
    • Strong facilitation skills; excellent oral and written business communication skills
    • Experience of working in Agile
    • Proficiency with Process modeling tools such as ARIS / Visio / Bizagi
    • Lean & Six Sigma Certifications (Preferred, not mandatory)
    • Ability to lead teams with a sound work ethic, intellectual curiosity, and exceptional client service.
