A commercially minded housing organisation who operate across the South West and Devon are seeking an Interim Development Consultant for an ongoing assignment to assist with delivering a diverse range of property tenures across their operating regions.

The Development Consultant will be responsible for managing schemes on site which are in various build stages, assist with retendering and and manage contractors to make sure schemes are being delivered within time and budget.

This is a challenging but exciting opportunity for a development professional who has a proven track record delivering affordable housing and in return, the role will be rewarded with a competitive daily rate, flexible working and the opportunity to lead on some prolific schemes.
