Job description
This role is varied and covers a wide range of responsibilities including, but not limited to:

  • Deal with telephone calls/ queries
  • Maintain, process and/or update records and other documents
  • Schedule or assist in scheduling appointments/ engineer visits
  • Basic accounting knowledge
  • Check progress on orders with suppliers
  • General administration duties
  • Upcoming projects

Person Specification

  • Excellent telephone manner and good written communication
  • Excellent skills using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Ability to multitask and deal with changing priorities
  • Attention to detail
  • Must be IT literate
  • Customer focused

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£18,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
