This role is varied and covers a wide range of responsibilities including, but not limited to:
- Deal with telephone calls/ queries
- Maintain, process and/or update records and other documents
- Schedule or assist in scheduling appointments/ engineer visits
- Basic accounting knowledge
- Check progress on orders with suppliers
- General administration duties
- Upcoming projects
Person Specification
- Excellent telephone manner and good written communication
- Excellent skills using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Ability to multitask and deal with changing priorities
- Attention to detail
- Must be IT literate
- Customer focused
Job Types:

Salary:
£18,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
