Installation Team leaders and Assistants Role

_Recra are working in partnership_ with a fantastic innovative business in London, they are a market leading specialist in Creative displays which they have installed in some well known businesses all across the UK. They take pride in their service levels, and work hard to encourage long-lasting, strong relationships with our customers.

Our client is looking to add Installation Teamleaders and Assistant Installers to join their fast growing team.

About the job:

You'll be responsible installing displays, features, and green walls in a wide variety of premises.

As Team Leader you'll be in charge of running each install, including ensuring all work is completed to a high standard, making sure the job is executed safely and professionally, and liaising with the client and offering great customer service.

Additional Benefits:

Overtime Available (1.5), Company Bonus Scheme.

My client are looking for:

Attitude we're looking for personable, friendly, hardworking staff.
Physical fitness the role is hands on and includes lifting/moving items.
Ability you'll need to be used to working on sites, practical, and good with tools.
Drivers we work all over the UK and you need to be a confident driver.
While not a requirement, if you've got a CSCS/PASMA/IPAF card that's great.
Able to do early starts we start early to beat the traffic on longer journeys.

They work hard Monday - Friday, and rarely work weekends or stop away from home.
