Description

As a Barclays Jira Enablement Lead, you will lead the Collaboration Toolchain Enablement team by overseeing usage of Developer Services Platform Engineering (DSPE) collaboration tools (Atlassian Jira and Confluence) at Barclays.

This is an exciting role, to drive consistent usage of these tools, help in curating paths aligned to DSPE strategy to minimise divergence, allow MI reports, and remove toil and influence healthy Jira and Confluence adoption and utilisation in the Bank, to maximise the benefit of this platform to help colleagues.

Acting as an Agile ambassador, helping Barclays employees follow Agile methodologies,and helping educate the organisation on best practice

• Maximising Jira potential when it comes to agile methodologies, SDLC and PDLC, to be a vocal voice in that evolution journey
• Working closely and actively with the Collaboration Platform Team owning the platform itself (technical service) and help drive the priorities for that team

Excellent backrgound on Agile methodologies, SDLC and PDLC

• Knowledge of Atlassian Jira (including Service Desk) as an admin
