Business Development Executive

Gloucester

£27,000 - £30,000 + performance related bonus
Our established and thriving Gloucester-based client has an exciting opportunity for a Business Development Executive to join them. The Business Development Executive will have experience in a similar business development environment and will have an excellentcustomer-centric focus.


Responsibilities:


  • Manage and followup meeting actions using HubSpot CRM, assigning key actions to attendees
  • Build strong customer relationships
  • Support the Business Development team
  • Raise any issues that need to be investigated before they become problematic
  • Work closely with customer service in the setup of the customer branding and the structure of the ordering portal
  • Produce and submit prospect quotations and samples
  • Oversee and manage new customer implementation and onboarding, liaising with different departments internally & externally
  • Periodically run reports for prospects and customers
  • Review service levels for new clients based on agreed KPIs
  • Join internal meetings daily huddles, weekly sales meeting etc

Skills/ Experience:


  • Experience in a similar business development role
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Administration skills
  • Confident communicator
  • Self starter
  • Highly organised and able to work in a busy environment
  • Able to prioritise work schedule
