Description

During your shifts, you'll see that our plant runs smoothly, in line with environmental regulations. It means monitoring operations in the control room, inspecting plant operations and dealing with any problems as they arise. Leada team of shift personnel, (Senior Operations Technician and Operations Technicians)
Be the Senior Authorised Person on site
Be responsible for the facility outside office hours.

SUEZ commit and invest in their staff, so will provide training, but you need to be a capable professional with First Aid and Fire Marshal training.

You will ideallyhave experience working in an Energy Recovery facility, or from asimilar power generation or chemical process plant, but you'll certainlyhave a good understanding of how they operate.

A qualification to HNC level (or equivalent experience) in Mechanical, Electrical or Process Engineering
Technical expertise, including ofboilers, incinerators, steam systems and high voltage switchgear (S9/S4)
Excellent team management skills and the ability to get the best out of people.

SUEZ will invest in an extensive training and development program for you, which will involve completing BOAS Cert IBO qualification and NEBOSH General Certificate, if you don't have them already.
