    Your Purpose
  • We're now looking to recruit a Project as Specialist to join our brilliant Team.
  • The role requires the administration of project contracts, purchase ordering and financial tracking, and the deployment of specific Capital projects.
  • All to be executed in accordance with Best Practice Project management and to the internal standards of the MCBC brilliant execution requirement
    Key Responsibilities
  • Working with operational teams within the Brewery, understand current and future Capex availability for the business unit within the Supply Chain Capital plan. Use good project management control principles for safety, cost, schedule management, performance delivery, risk management, planning coordination,, environmental impact,
  • Support/delivers capital proposals supporting the Senior Engineering Project Manager.
  • Manages project components including driving and facilitating the work of third party support (equipment vendors, contractors);
  • Acts as interface between Brewery and the Burton project engineering/construction teams; ensures that documentation, change requests and modifications are followed through, and, ultimately, delivers project completion within performance, budget and time frame targets.
  • Leads benefits monitoring where appropriate, analysis and verification (performance guarantees) upon completion of the project. Ensures that new processes are documented (SOPs) and training designed and delivered to all personnel involved in its use and maintenance

About You/ What we are looking for

  • Previous experience in Engineering Projects within a manufacturing environment
  • Robust Project management/ support skills.
  • Experience with Capital projects.
  • Great stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience of Process, Packaging and Utilities projects (preferred but not required)
