THE COMPANY:

Our client is a Silver Circle law firm with an outstanding reputation.

THE RESPONSIBILITIES:

Day to day management of the Business Acceptance Team including hiring, training and development.
Act as the Deputy MLRO, providing support and guidance to the MLRO and wider business.
Working with the MLRO to draft, develop and publish policy and procedural changes concerning AML and conflicts.
Providing guidance to the BA team on highrisk client onboarding.
Responsible for providing ongoing training to the business in relation to business acceptance procedures.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

Current experience of working within a law firms Business Acceptance function.
Demonstrable experience of leading a team in the BA space.
Experience of enhancing AML, CTF, Sanctions policies and procedures.
