Position Title: Parts Advisor

Duration: 13 Month Rolling Contract

Location: Gaydon

Division: Vehicle Engineering

Position Description:

• Engineering Liaison Engineer
• Chasing and following up on part return requests through our warranty parts return logistic suppliers.
• Working with suppliers to get quotes for Part introduction trials.
• Raising POs for part line trials
• Central storage coordinator (for the parts)
• Arrangement of delivery of parts to the relevant plant
• Coordinate part returns from retailers to core engineering for part investigations.

Skills Required:

• Excellent written and verbal communicator
• Organised and analytical
• Proactive.

Experience Required:

• Experience in parts ordering, parts management and distribution.

Experience Preferred:

• Automotive OEM or Dealership experience
• Project management and problem solving
• Use of Allsssian JIRA
• Creating and maintaining Tableau dashboards
• SAP shopping cart raising and approval.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel Power Queries
