To support our recently acquired Heatmiser business within IMI Hydronic Engineering, we are looking for a
Technical Support Advisor based at our site in Blackburn, Lancashire UK.

In this role you will join our team of Technical Support Advisors based at our site in Blackburn.

This is a great opportunity to gain in-depth knowledge of the product offering of the Heatmiser business and beyond and to support all our customers on a daily basis.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Provide high quality technical support to our customers, ensuring the smooth running of their systems
  • Support and liaise with internal teams on technical questions
  • Based on customer feedback, help with maintaining and improving our product range
  • Support customers to familiarise themselves with their heating controls, advising on products for new installations plus troubleshooting and fixing technical issues
  • Recommend alternative products, services or solutions as part of customer issue resolution
