Job Title:
Senior Recovery Worker - Supported Living Rehabilitation Service


Location:
Preston PR1


Salary:
£12.75 per hour


Hours:
Full-Time, Days/Nights (35 hours per week)


Schedule: 8 am - 3 pm and 3 pm - 10 pm (some sleep-in shifts required, 10 pm-8 am, paid at an additional rate of £44 per night)


Responsibilities:


As a Senior Recovery Worker, you will provide crucial support and care to individuals with Mental Health conditions and Learning Disabilities.

Your duties will include delivering recovery-focused interventions to promote social inclusion, well-being, and independence.

Additionally, you will assist residents in accessing employment, education, and training opportunities, while also undertaking senior tasks and responsibilities assigned by management to ensure effective day-to-day operations.


Requirements:


  • RQF diploma in Social Care Level 2 (or equivalent)
  • Previous experience in a similar care role
  • Proficiency in the safe administration of medication
  • Commitment to delivering personcentered care
