I'm currently hiring for a Technical Service Desk Analyst on behalf of a fast-growing Managed Services Provider based just outside of Reading.

You will be responsible for responding to and resolving tickets from their clients and escalating when required.


Below are the key requirements:

  • Excellent customer service skills and phone manner
  • Previous experience on a Service Desk
  • A passion for technology
  • Preferably, a full UK driving license
  • Ideally, experience with MDM technologies
