I'm currently hiring for a Technical Service Desk Analyst on behalf of a fast-growing Managed Services Provider based just outside of Reading.
You will be responsible for responding to and resolving tickets from their clients and escalating when required.Below are the key requirements:
- Excellent customer service skills and phone manner
- Previous experience on a Service Desk
- A passion for technology
- Preferably, a full UK driving license
- Ideally, experience with MDM technologies
