    Description

    Our client is a dynamic and rapidly growing IT Services Provider, dedicated to delivering exceptional support to clientele in the Hospitality sector.


    With one of their major customers set to acquire 70 sites in France, they are expanding their team to ensure seamless support and outstanding service.


    They are seeking two French-speaking 1st Line Engineers to join their team, based full-time at their new Tottenham Court Road office.

    As a 1st Line Engineer, you will be the first point of contact for their clients, providing essential Microsoft support on their service desk.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Respond to and resolve incoming technical support requests via phone, email, and ticketing system.
    • Provide efficient and effective support for Microsoft products and services.
    • Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues, escalating complex problems to 2nd and 3rd line support when necessary.
    • Maintain detailed and accurate records of support requests and resolutions.
    • Collaborate with team members to improve support processes and client satisfaction.

    Requirements:

    • Fluency in French and English.
    • A minimum of three years of IT experience, with at least one year in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment.
    • Strong knowledge of Microsoft products and services.
    • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
